Shipping and returns
Sending the package
As a general rule, packages are sent via courier within 48 hours of receipt of payment.
The following shipping charges will apply:
- Spain (Peninsula): €6.50 for small packages with reference "ORT". €10 for other cases. Shipping is free for orders over €200.
- Spain (Balearic Islands): €16 (price offered for small quantities of products with reference "ORT-") / €10 (in all other cases of small packages) / €50 (for large packages)
- Spain (Canary Islands): €50 (price for 1 package) / €100 (in all other cases)
- Spain (Ceuta and Melilla): €20
- Portugal: €15.50
- Europe (France, Italy, Germany and the United Kingdom): €13 (price offered for small quantities of products with reference "ORT-") / €21.01 (for medium-sized products) and €30 in all other cases.
Delivery times from when the order is sent are indicated below
- Peninsula (economy shipping): 1-7 business days
- Peninsula (fast shipping): 1-3 business days
- Balearic Islands: 1-7 business days
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 1-7 business days
- Other European countries: 5-10 business days
The products offered on the website will be shipped only to Europe. No shipments will be made outside the mentioned delivery area.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postage costs. Handling costs are a fixed price, while transport costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in one order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be applied to each order individually. We are not responsible for any damage to your package after shipping, but we do our best to protect all fragile items. The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.
Warranty
The material sold by Percuforum.com has a three-year warranty period, as established by Royal Decree-Law 7/2021, of April 27, although any defects, breakages and/or malfunctions of those items and products that have been subjected to irregular or improper use, or that due to their manner of use have been subjected to excessive work loads, are excluded from this warranty: broken drumsticks due to repeatedly and hard hitting against a metal ring, cracked cymbals after being hit hard on the edge, flamenco drawer lids sunken due to putting weight on them, etc.
In order to make any claim, it is essential to keep the purchase invoice in order to be able to access the guarantee. We recommend that when you receive your order, you carefully check the packaging box and note any anomaly, deformity, dent or breakage that you see in the box on the delivery receipt from the transport agency. The claim period established by the transport agencies is 24 hours from receipt of the order. Once this period has elapsed, it is not possible to make any claim for incidents in transport. This 24-hour period refers exclusively to transport claims; it does not affect in any case the legal guarantee period of two years.
Please note that shipments are always insured against possible loss or damage within the first 24 hours of receiving the goods.
A warranty period of 24 months is granted for new items in accordance with current legal provisions.
Defects or damages attributable to negligent or improper handling, improper assembly, the use of unsuitable accessories or modifications to the original parts by the customer are excluded from the warranty.
The warranty also does not extend to wear and tear due to use.
If the customer accepts the goods or the object of the order knowing of a defect, said defect will be excluded from the guarantee.
Returns
Right of withdrawal for consumers and users
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.
Personalized products cannot be returned according to Law 3/2014. If we are at fault when it comes to personalizing it, of course the return and replacement of the personalized product will be possible.

Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must return or deliver the goods directly to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the day on which you communicate to us your decision to withdraw from the contract.
The deadline will be deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the deadline has expired;
You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts that refer to the supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.
