As a general rule, packages are sent via courier within 48 hours of receipt of payment.
The following shipping costs will apply:

- Spain (Balearic Islands): €16 (price offered in small quantities of products with reference "ORT-") / €8.50 (in all other cases) / €50 (in all other cases)
- Spain (Canary Islands): €50 (price for 1 package) / €100 (in all other cases)

- Portugal: €15.50
- Europe (France, Italy, Germany and the United Kingdom): €13 (price offered in small quantities of products with reference "ORT-") / €21.01 (in medium-sized products) and €30 in all other cases .

The products offered on the website will only be shipped to Europe. No shipments will be made outside the mentioned delivery area.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal costs. Handling charges have a fixed price, while transportation charges may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in the same order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be applied to each one individually. We are not responsible for any damage to your package after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items. The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.
Warranty
The material sold by Percuforum.com has a warranty period of two years, as established by the European regulations of September 11, 2003 in its law 23/2003 on the Sale of Consumer Goods Guarantee, although they are excluded from This guarantee damages, breakages and/or malfunctions of those articles and products that have been subjected to irregular or improper use, or that due to their use have been subjected to excessive workloads: broken drumsticks due to strong and repetitive hitting against a metal ring, cracked plates after being hit hard on the edge, Flemish drawer lids sunk from putting weight on top, etc.
To make any claim, it is essential to keep the purchase invoice in order to access the guarantee. The claim period established by transport agencies is 24 hours from receipt of the order. Once this period has elapsed, it is not possible to make any claim for incidents in transport. Remember that shipments are always insured against possible loss or deterioration within the first 24 hours from receipt of the merchandise.
A warranty period of 24 months is granted for new items according to the legal provisions in force.
Excluded from the warranty are defects or damage attributable to faulty or improper treatment or to improper assembly or the use of inappropriate accessories or modifications of the original parts by the customer.
The warranty also does not extend to wear and tear.
If the customer accepts the merchandise or the object of the order knowing a defect, said defect will be excluded from the guarantee.
Returns
Right of withdrawal for consumers and users
