You can connect your Percuforum forum profile with your profile on social networks such as Facebook and Google+ (“Social Networks”). When you use this option, we automatically collect certain information about you from Social Networks. The data we collect depends on what information you have made available on those Social Networks, as well as your privacy settings when sharing such information on Social Networks. Depending on your settings and selection, we collect the following information:

When you request to connect your Percuforum profile with a profile of a Social Network, you will be informed about what information we will collect from the Social Network in question. You will receive such information before your request is executed.

You can decide if you want to disconnect your Social Networks profile from the Percuforum profile through your Account. At this time, Percuforum will remove your unique identifier from the Social Network and Percuforum will be disconnected/revoked permission from your Social Network. The profile image of your Social Network profile will remain on your Percuforum profile.

5 Data retention

We retain Master Data and other personal data you provide to us, including your feedback, for as long as you maintain an Account or as needed to provide you with our services. If you decide to delete your Account, please note that all of your reviews will also be deleted. We will delete this information upon your request and will only keep a record of the following information: your name, email address, and the date your Account was deleted. We will keep this record for 3 years. The rest of the information will be deleted.

6 Security measures
